How do bookings work?
Choose a location, select your dates and bag quantity, then complete your booking online. Show your booking code when you arrive for drop-off.
What happens during drop-off and pickup?
At drop-off, present your booking code to the store staff. When you return, the staff will verify your booking before handing your bags back to you.
Are my bags safe?
Lugate works with trusted partner locations and provides a secure process for storing and returning bags during your booking window.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Eligible bookings can be cancelled from your bookings page, and any applicable wallet credit will be shown before you confirm the cancellation.
