Q. How do I track my delivery?

Open the order details in the app and use the live tracking map — the rider position updates in real-time while the rider is moving.
Q. What are the delivery hours?

Delivery hours depend on the merchant and pickup location. Standard hours are 08:00 — 20:00 local time. Some merchants support 24/7 drop-offs.
Q. How do refunds and cancellations work?

You can cancel from the order screen while the order is not marked "in transit". Refund rules depend on merchant policy; contact support for edge cases.
Q. How can I become a rider or partner?

Go to the Partner section in the app and tap "Become a partner". You will receive a short application form and onboarding steps.
